Shiloh Farms

*** As of 9/23/2024 the Dai People unanimously changed the direction of the Kingdom of Dai to move from an economic development organization concept to a faith-based community organization concept. Changes to this website are being made to reflect this new direction. This website will cease to operate upon 01/15/2025. ***

Now that Regency Farms will be under community ownership and operation it has been renamed Shiloh Farms and will resume production of agricultural products, produce, and value-added foodstuffs using greenhouses, advanced water distillation systems, equipment, supplies, and provided seed to launch this project through te community as its primary operation. Still using the advice of the Region 10 SBDC and the Valley Food Partnership of the Uncompahgre Valley and the San Luis Valley the farm will still focus its attention upon Greens and Salad Produce, Mushrooms, Various Berries, Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic, Peppers, especially Hatch Green Peppers, and Fingerling Limes. They also request value added items such as Salsas and Freeze-dried items that are also popular for market.
